Filed under: Information — remadd @ 6:20 pm

With the economy in the trash these days a great way to make extra cash is to sell your used stuff online by placing classified ads. So go ahead, follow my TOP 2 Tips on how to find valuable used stuff to sell online, and beat this recession!

TIP 1: Rampage your wife’s or girlfriend’s closet for her used clothing items, purses, shoes whatever you think she won’t miss, take a picture of the items and then sell them fast by placing a classified ad online for free. Please be sure to only raid her closet while you know she’ll be away for an extended period of time. ie: at work. You’ll need some time find her fashionable accessories. She’s good at hiding stuff too. Women always love to buy used things especially when they know that the purse or women’s shoes they are looking for are in great shape or gently used.

TIP 2: Other used stuff that’s selling online, and for top dollar these days are your husbands or boyfriends tools, fishing gear, or whatever else he thinks is ‘cool’ or ‘a treasure’ that every guy want’s to have! So go ahead and tear apart the garage, this is where he hides all his ‘worldly’ possessions, that he hasn’t even used, let alone seen for like, ever! Used appliances are a great find on a classified ad site, so go ahead, sell his beloved beer fridge, or bait freezer! Heck, if you really wanted to make some decent cash, sell that LCD or Plasma TV that you can’t tear him away from when there’s a game on. Sell that used TV and you’ll have all his attention, good or bad GUARANTEED! Guys love to buy used electonic stuff, like tv’s car stereos, speakers, video games or used apple products like the iphone. Remember it may be best to sell these items while he’s away on a fishing trip or on a business trip. You’ll need to make sure that the person buying these items can disassemble his used home theater set up or get that used fridge or freezer out of your place and into their truck!

Be sure to only accept CASH as payment. Be sure to look at the serial numbers to make sure they don’t match, and if you have a black light use that to quickly scan them for authenticity. We have other safety tips available for you to ensure your transaction goes smoothly and you don’t get ripped off. So there you go, if you need extra cash, then perhaps take my advice and sell those valuable and of course gently used items fast. Just post a used ad.

Mark Mason on Niche Marketing

Filed under: Information — remadd @ 10:21 am

Ever contemplated how long tail niche marketing helps a business?

If you are thinking about having a small business, or already have one, you’ll want to use every avenue at your disposal to increase business. The newest frontier for business is the Internet. Each year, someone comes up with a new way to enhance business in this area. One technique to consider is long tail niche marketing, a technique well documented on Mark Mason’s Internet Marketing Blog.

The concept of long tail niche marketing uses multiple keyword phrases to target traffic to your site and increase business. By adding words to the phrase, the person searching will have to be quite specific in their words in order to find you.

As Mark Mason often points out, long tail niche marketing is another way to increase your standing in the page ranks on popular search engines. Anyone who has used SEO content and keywords on their website pages knows that everyone fights for the first page of results. Most people don’t look beyond that; if it is not found on the first page, the chances of you being discovered drop.

A business can benefit in a number of ways from long tail niche marketing strategies. For one, it saves time on other marketing campaigns. When we buy lists of names, the category that those names fall into is a broad one.

Let’s say that you are selling rafting equipment. A list may include people who live in states where white water rafting is a common sport. That would be a broad category. Everyone living in Colorado doesn’t go rafting. There are a lot of names on the list who won’t buy from you. Also, the list may exclude people who love to raft but don’t live in the geographic location of the list.

Marketing is a trial and error process, but we try to get as close to our target as possible. Employing more than one marketing strategy is best to overcome this learning curve. With longer keyword phrases, a person won’t just look for rafting in general, but can include other keywords like state, or type of rafting equipment they are looking for. The results for “rafting” may be in the millions, but the results for “rafting suppliers in Colorado Springs” can be in the thousands.

This marketing strategy directs the appropriate traffic to find your business according to Mark Mason (read more about Mark Mason here). Visitors are more likely to buy because they are looking for your products. Creating a list from those who buy offers a solid base of customers to work with. From there, you can target specific products to customers. The possibilities are endless once you reach the right type of customers.

Long tail marketing does require that the right keyword phrases be used. The entire process is still used experimentally by Internet marketers. With a little research, you can create phrases that will bring in reliable new leads for future sales.

Home Business Opportunity Seeker – 5 Critical Issues

Filed under: Information — remadd @ 9:30 am

Are you one home business opportunity seeker among all those out there who seek a means to begin a productive business? If you answered “Yes” then you have reason to be optimistic! Today you can start your  business on a shoestring, while as little as 10 years ago $10,000 would have been insufficient.

But you might be wondering “Sure, if it’s really that simple, how come everyone isn’t doing it?”

There are many reasons. The most frequent is that many people just don’t know how to get started. The know-how is the factor that makes the difference between the wish and the reality. For this reason, not every home business opportunity seeker is able to go into a business that brings in enought revenue so that they can comfortably leave their job. There are some critical ingredients that must be figured into the mix, to be able to assure adequate returns.

1. The kind of business

An important aspect is to are aware of your own strong points prior to deciding the kind of business you will take up to make this extra money. Start by making a list of things that you do best, followed by a list of those things that you enjoy doing.

Pick your business taking these two list into account. For instance, Suppose your greatest talent is teaching. You could start a tuition center. You could apply this talent to an online business as well. You could put up your own website and offer an online tutoring service.

2. Capital you need to invest

As a  novice home business opportunity seeker you would definitely seek the businesses that require the lowest investment of capital. As we said earlier, you can select just about any business opportunity you prefer with a minimum investment.

Launch your business on the Internet and seek out sales leads. This business doesn’t have to be the same one of your choice, but it could be the means to your dream. You can use this secondary online business to bring in the revenue needed to launch the business of your dreams. $100 is often sufficient capital to start an online business. Some examples – selling e-books, affiliate businesses, freelance writing, and freelancing in general, are just a few.

3. Effort needed

As a home business opportunity seeker you might not be able to devote full time to running your business. You might have a full-time job, or could be a busy consultant who needs to bring in some additional revenue. Therefore, plan your business realistically so you will not be disappointed if progress is slow. You will need the necessary energy to invest in the launching of this business.

4. Break even point

For any business, your goal is to make money. Take into account the effort, time, and funding necessary to reach that break even point where you earn as much as you need out of this business.

5. Part-time or full-time

Another factor that determines your success or failure as a home business opportunity seeker. Should it be part-time or full time? The time, effort and funds you spend on the business will very much depend upon this factor.

Give Your Child A Passion To Learn.

Filed under: Information — remadd @ 9:21 am

This is perfectly right. All parents should never stress the child esp. when they are young. The role of parents is to motivate, inspire and encourage a child to love learning. Parents’ attitude towards early childhood education is critical.

I know this English husband and wife who are passionate about helping their young child to learn. They started to stick flashcards around the house on all the household items and belongings. Amazingly, their kids are able to speak at one year old.

Young children learn with joy and happiness. But it’s rather to help them to understand and learn more about geography. Real happiness for parents come from their children esp. when they are able to learn happily with passion.

For example, I always counsel couples who are also my customers to accompany their child whilst watching the Glenn Doman flashcard lessons and not to play all the lessons at one go. This upsets their children as we only recommend 1-2 lessons at the onset.

Parents, young children are not sitting for their SAT anytime soon. Time is on their side. But trust me, early years is most important. Their innate abilities is unimaginable. The responsibility now lies with the parents to unlock their children’s potential just like what Shichida recommends.

Immediate Advertising

Filed under: Information — remadd @ 7:49 am

Imagine that you are running a business, a mobile phone shop say, or a DIY store, or wedding dress shop, anything at all. In the current climate things are tough, sales are down, turnover is through the floor, and you’ll have to send a search party out to find the profits.

What will you do, either sit on your hands and hope it gets better, or do something about it. You can change the shop layout, décor, bring in new stock, put in new window displays, you could also have a sale, or a promotion of some sort, maybe a 50% off or 2 for 1 or whatever.

You have made your plans, put them into action and the morning comes around when everything will come together, you throw open the doors, the question is will you get a flood of new customers coming into the shop, probably not. You’ll get no new customers unless you tell your potential customers that there is something special going on. Your options are things like newspaper adverts, radio adverts, and signage on the shop; these are all good, but none of them will be what I would call immediate advertising, in other words something that will tell your customers as they are walking up and down the high street that you are up to something in your shop.

So immediate advertising, or cheap advertising, will let your customers know that you have a promotion on now, and the best type of immediate advertising is to use personalised printed balloons, that’s right kids balloons printed with details of your promotion. Just think, for less than the cost of a small advert in the local paper you can have hundreds of ‘mini billboards’ bobbing around the town.

Family Health – How to Avoid Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Filed under: Information — remadd @ 9:26 am

Disclaimer:  Please remember that if you have a medical issue, you should always consult your doctor before accepting any other medical advice.

Many people might find the following information helpful when dealing with proper nutrition for the colon.

Most families find themselves eating on the go. Dashing into the fast lane of McDonald’s gets you in and out quickly, but not necessarily with nutritious food choices.

Are you or your children frequently constipated or experiencing diarrhea? Many times, parents will either be constipated themselves, or find that their child has put off going to the bathroom too long and is now in pain. Making adjustments in your daily intake of proper amounts of fiber can help adults and children alike avoid inflammatory bowel disease.

The term inflammatory bowel disease describes a chronic condition of intestinal inflammation and ulceration that is difficult to name one cause. There is information that leads us to believe much of the problem of constipation is avoided through healthy eating habits.

The two most common examples of inflamed bowel syndrome are Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. The man symptoms of both conditions re persistent diarrhea, rectal bleeding, fever, abdominal cramps and weight loss. Inflammatory bowel diseases require expert medical care. Alternative therapies should be used to reduce stress or to devise a diet that minimizes symptoms.

Food Power

Proper nutrition is probably the single most important nonmedical treatment for inflammatory bowel disease. Although experts do not agree on which foods if any play a role in causing these disorders, the typical symptoms of reduced appetite, poor absorption of nutrients and diarrhea rob the body of essential fluids, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.

Nutrition therapy is aimed at restoring a proper nutritional balance and, in severe cases, resting the bowel to give it a chance to heal. Bland, low-fiber foods are recommended during a flare=up. Foods that are difficult to digest, such as raw vegetables, raw or dried fruits, nuts and seeds, Bran, and whole grains should be avoided. To combat dehydration, a potentially serious side effect of diarrhea during a flare-up, increase your fluid intake.

Drink water, clear broth, or a re-hydration fluid such as Gatorade, which also helps replace the electrolytes that are lost during bouts of diarrhea. And try the BRAT diet, bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.

Patients with Crohn’s disease are often put on a high-protein diet, and many require nutritional supplements and concentrated liquid feedings.

Other Remedies

  • Massages or relaxing baths incorporating basil, bergamot, and jasmine oils are recommended by aromatherapists to reduce stress.
  • The breathing, meditation, and gentle exercises of yoga are helpful in controlling stress and perhaps preventing recurrences.
  •

Kids frequently don’t take the time, ignoring their body signals, to go to the bathroom. Make sure young children are reminded and that schedules are not so hectic as to discourage proper body elimination. Parents may ignore this problem until it becomes very serious, simply by not giving proper importance to healthy bowel movements, even in their own daily routine.

Protect your children by teaching good nutrition, and helping them understand how important it is to take time to have a bowel movement! What goes in, must come out!

    Termite Exterminators

Filed under: Information — remadd @ 9:03 am

You have gotten your inspection, three estimates, and done some background checking on each of the finalists. You are now ready to choose which of the exterminators you will select to rid your home of its termite infestation. But before you sign a contract with termite exterminators, there are some things you should look for to make sure the agreement is in your best interest and will get the job done.

In order for you to be able to look out for the following areas of concern, you must first become familiar with the requirements for inspection and treatment of your state pest control agency or board. Now you are ready for the final review before signing the contract. Is there a diagram of the structure or structures to be treated including noting where the infestation is? The diagram should also show where signs of the infestation were found. What specific termiticides and other agents will be used and to what extent? You should then check to make sure that none of the members of your household will be affected adversely by whatever processes and products will be used.

Is a warranty or service contract provided? What is the period of time in which the warranty will be in effect and what will it cover? How will you know if the infestation has been completely eradicated? Will there be follow-up visits? If so, will there be additional charges for these? Are there areas of infestation which will not be treated? If so, why not and what are the recommendations for such areas? Can the warranty be extended? If so, at what cost?

Finally, you want to make sure that the contract is being signed by a representative of a company and not some individual doing a job on the side. How to kill termites or termite extermination is not so difficult afterall.
